The company has a new product R & D center in Germany (GELTECH GmbH), and the company designers have all adopted the most advanced Solid Works 3D design software. Based on the product data management (PDM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software technology, the integrated management of product-related data, production process and resource integration is realized. At present, the company mainly produces 72.5kV, 40.5kV, 24kV, 12kV, environment-friendly cubical type gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (C-GIS) and outdoor gas insulated switchgear (MTS), with an annual production capacity of more than 3000 panels.

The FMS C-3000 sheet metal processing flexible production line imported from Japan Murata Company has ensured the processing quality accuracy of the sheet metal parts of the switchgear panel, and the processing precision has reached the international advanced level.

In 2009, the company introduced China’s first set of fully automatic high-power laser cutting and welding machine produced by TRUMPF in Germany, which greatly improved its processing accuracy for precious metal, sheet blanking, welding and so on. The machining precision reaches the international level.

In 2008, Huade Hi-tech introduced the first pressure gel forming and silica gel automatic production line of German Hedrich Company in China. This line occupies an extremely important position in ensuring the processing quality of insulating parts. Various voltage grades of insulating parts and solid-sealed poles can be produced in our company.

Huade Hi-tech has 2 sets of imported CNC punching machines, 2 sets of shearing machines, 3 sets of bending machines, etc., which can fully meet the machining precision and quality of the switchgear sheet metal parts.

All closed million-level purification assembly workshop. The workshop can meet the clean requirements of switchgear assembly in a million-level purification environment, ensuring the assembly quality of switchgear and internal components.

Switchgear panel and CB assembly production line, which can be used for the assembly of six specifications 12kV, four specifications 40.5kV circuit breakers, equipped with a full set of online monitoring equipment to ensure CB assembly accuracy and product quality.

In 2009, the first German imported full-automatic helium leak detection and gas filling all-in-one machine was introduced in China. The equipment guarantees the sealing test of the cubical type C-GIS panels.

Fully shielded test room (fully shielded 350kV power frequency without partial discharge transformer, 900kV high voltage impact generator). It has played a role in safeguarding the quality of the company's new product development and contract product production, and increased the strength of the company.

Industrial X-ray insulator inspection imaging system. The equipment detects internal defects of the solid-sealed pole and the insulating parts.

In 2016, Huade Hi-tech purchased a set of automatic silica gel production equipment, which can produce silicone insulators of various voltage levels.
